How can you get bohemian waves without heat?

I have an indie style and I love the waves that some of the girls have. Especially like Amanda Seyfried in Mama Mia. I only like waves though when they are equal like that. Like when they are all in the same parts, not just messy looking. I don’t have any of those fancy hair curlers or straighteners or anything. How can I get those perfect waves without spendingmoney on those stupid things? I have tons of hair curlers and stuff. Hair tutorials or understandable descriptions would be prefered.

You can get the tony and guy beach curl spray. I’ve never really used it but it gives you beach type waves, looks really pretty, x
